Built in 1909 as Mission Park Congregational Church (later becoming the Norwegian Lutheran Church), and frequented by Nordic royalty among others, the church went out of commission in 2005, was snapped up two years later by businessman Siamak Akhavan, and has been given a comprehensive overhaul in order to justify its $7,490,000 price tag.
